Recently Completed: The Hotel Wilshire

R.D. Olson Construction recently completed construction of The Hotel Wilshire, a 74-room boutique hotel located on the world-famous Wilshire Boulevard in the Miracle Mile neighborhood. R.D. Olson brought new life and a new distinction to a once-used medical office building, which was transformed into the stylish new hotel.
With the views of the Hollywood Hills to the north and the heart of the city to the south, this new property is deserving of all the attention it's garnered. Earning a LEED-Certified designation, The Hotel Wilshire was developed using sustainable resources and green building materials.

Among the hotel's most impressive features are the private penthouse suite, offering 570 square feet of private patio space; versatile multi-media suites; and "The Roof on Wilshire” - home to a rooftop pool, restaurant, and lounge all boasting unmatched views of the iconic L.A. skyline.
